Polestar Pilates Center Miami, has been in the South Florida community since 1998.  We began as a small facility in Coconut Grove and have grown into a new all encompassing facility in South Miami.

As a leader in the Pilates community and a model for Pilates centers throughout the country, we offer Physical Therapy, Pilates and Gyrotonic Expansion System® for conditioning, fitness and rehabilitation. Our objective is to provide one-on-one and group sessions with highly trained physical therapists and trainers whose primary objective is to empower each client in achieving his or her personal goals. Our trainers and physical therapists all received their Pilates training through Polestar Education.

We have several programs conducted by staff members. Come try our Introductory Pilates Allegro class for free, even if you’ve never done Pilates! Must schedule in advance. Only one free intro class per person.
