Fitness has always been a cornerstone in both Kelsey’s personal and professional life (with over 15 years of gymnastics and volleyball training and it’s associated injuries) which served as her initial draw towards the Physical Therapy profession.
Kelsey is a board certified Physical Therapist specializing in a variety of physical therapy in both in-patient and out–patient settings. She has experience working in the orthopedic field treating a plethora of hip, knee, shoulder and spinal injuries. Additionally, she brings experience treating neurological conditions including spinal cord injury, MS, stroke, Parkinson’s and CP.
After completing her Pilates training with Polestar, she was immediately sold on its necessity in the rehabilitation world. She is very passionate about movement as medicine, community outreach and education, which have helped her create unique experiences for clients through Pilates-based strengthening programs.
During her free time, Kelsey enjoys traveling, climbing, running, tracking down a good live music venue, and reading.
