Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy services at Polestar Miami offer scientific evaluation of injury and provide multidisciplinary approaches to therapy.  Manual treatments include joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, and neural mobilization.  Therapeutic exercise and neuromuscular reeducation integrates Swiss balls, Pilates-based approaches, and the Gyrotonic® Expansion System.  At Polestar, our physical therapists work with one patient at a time for an hour, not fifteen minutes. Our highly skilled and problem solving therapists coordinate with your physician to optimize the continuum of care.  We build treatment programs which respect each individual patient.
